Electrify Your Christmas Car Giveaway

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Electrify Your Christmas Car Giveaway run by Electrify Me Pty Ltd.

1. Promoter

The promoter is

Electrify Me Pty Ltd

2. Promotional Period

The promotion begins at 12:00 AM AEDT on 24 November 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on 20 January 2026.

All eligible products must be installed within this period.

Full payment for the installation must clear no later than 11:59 PM AEDT on 22 January 2026.

Entries received outside these conditions are not valid.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to:

  • Australian residents who are 18 years or older
  • Customers who install eligible products from approved partner brands during the promotional period
  • Customers whose payment clears by 22 January 2026

Eligibility applies to selected models and systems only, as specified by Electrify Me and partner manufacturers.


Ineligible entrants include:

  • Employees, directors or contractors of Electrify Me
  • Employees or representatives of participating partner brands
  • Employees of agencies involved in administering the promotion
  • Immediate family members of any of the above

The promoter may request proof of identity, proof of residence and proof of purchase to validate an entry.

4. Eligible Products

To qualify for an entry, customers must install and fully pay for selected products that are part of the campaign. Eligible products include:

• Air conditioning systems

• Solar panel systems

• Home battery systems

• Heat pump hot water systems


Only approved partner-branded products qualify. Eligibility may vary by model.

Your sales representative will confirm which products count toward the promotion.

Installations must be completed by Electrify Me or an authorised installation partner.

5. How to Enter

To receive an entry:

  • Request a quote during the promotional period.
  • Accept your quote for an eligible product.
  • Complete the installation between 24 November 2025 and 20 January 2026.
  • Ensure payment clears by 22 January 2026.


Each eligible installation counts as one entry.

Customers may receive multiple entries by purchasing more than one eligible product.

No manual entry forms are required. Entry is automatic once all steps are complete.

6. Prize Details

There is one prize to be won.


Prize Package Includes:

• One brand new Haval Jolion Hybrid (model year 2025 or 2026)

• EV home charging station

Total prize value: Estimated between AUD $30,000 and $35,000, depending on the final model and specifications.

Prize Restrictions

  • The prize is not transferable.
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative item.
  • The winner must hold a valid Australian driver licence.
  • The winner must accept delivery within a reasonable timeframe.
  • The winner is responsible for any taxes that may apply.
  • Ongoing running costs are not included.

The promoter may substitute the prize with a product of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.

7. Draw Details

The draw will be conducted in January 2026.

The exact date, time and location will be confirmed on the Electrify Me website.

The draw will be carried out using an electronic random draw system in the presence of independent witnesses.

If the drawn entry is invalid, incomplete or ineligible, a redraw will occur until a valid winner is found.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted:

  • By phone within two business days of the draw
  • By email within two business days of the draw

The winner’s name will be published on:

  • The Electrify Me website
  • Electrify Me social media accounts
  • Other promotional material as required

If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Electrify Me may conduct a redraw.

If the prize remains unclaimed after three months, it may be forfeited.

9. Prize Collection

Before receiving the vehicle, the winner must:

  • Provide suitable proof of identity
  • Provide proof of address
  • Hold a valid Australian driver licence
  • Sign handover documentation
  • Agree to publicity usage as outlined below

The prize handover may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.

The prize must be collected in Australia.

10. Publicity and Marketing

By entering this promotion, participants consent to Electrify Me using their:

• Name

• Image

• Voice

• Testimonial

In any marketing material related to the promotion.

No further compensation will be provided.

Entrants also agree to receive marketing communications from Electrify Me.

They may opt out at any time.

11. Disqualification and Entry Issues

The promoter reserves the right to invalidate entries if:

  • Payment does not clear by 22 January 2026
  • Installations are cancelled or refunded
  • False or misleading information is provided
  • The entry process is tampered with
  • Fraud is detected

The promoter is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues
  • Misdirected or lost entries
  • Delays caused by third-party payment systems
  • Errors outside the promoter’s control

12. Privacy

Personal information collected during the promotion may be shared with:

  • Partner manufacturers
  • Prize suppliers
  • Installation contractors
  • Marketing agencies involved in the promotion

All information will be handled according to the Electrify Me Privacy Policy, available on the company website.

Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Electrify Me is not liable for:

  • Personal injury
  • Loss or damage
  • Vehicle defects covered by manufacturer warranty
  • Delays outside the promoter’s control
  • Any incidental or consequential loss related to the prize

Consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

14. Changes to Promotion

If circumstances arise that prevent the promotion from continuing as planned, the promoter may:

  • Modify the promotion
  • Suspend the promotion
  • Cancel the promotion

If cancelled, all valid entries received up to that point may be included in a redraw.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
